This Privacy Policy explains how Triorb Global Solutions Pvt Ltd (“NexOrb”, “we”, “us”) handles information you share with us through www.nexorbglobal.com, our applications, and connected NexOrb devices.

1. Who we are

NexOrb is a product of Triorb Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India. For any privacy question, write to Info@nexorbglobal.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Identity & contact details: name, email, phone, city.
• Project context: property type, approximate budget, preferred timeline, message text.
• Account data (when registered): email, password hash, order history.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device & browser: user agent, screen size, referrer.
• Usage: pages viewed, time on page, clicks on key calls-to-action.
• Approximate location (city-level, inferred from IP).

2.3 Information from installed NexOrb devices

If you own NexOrb hardware, the device firmware may send telemetry (device health, firmware version, connection state) to our servers. This telemetry is not used for advertising and is retained only for the life of the warranty plus three years.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations.
• To process orders, deliver products, and provide after-sales service.
• To improve the performance and reliability of our products and website.
• To send essential service messages (e.g. firmware updates, warranty alerts).
• With your consent, to send occasional updates about new products and experiences.

4. Legal basis

Where you are in the EU or UK, we rely on (i) your consent for marketing and analytics cookies, (ii) the performance of a contract for order fulfilment, and (iii) our legitimate interests in running and securing our business. Where you are in India, we rely on the grounds set out in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you accept them via the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. theme preference, consent state) are always set because the site cannot function without them.

You can withdraw consent at any time by visiting Cookie Preferences and selecting “Decline”.

When enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. IP addresses are anonymised wherever the provider supports it.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Trusted processors that help us operate (web hosting, email delivery via Web3Forms, analytics as listed above).
• Installation and service partners when you engage us for a project.
• Authorities when compelled by a valid legal order.

7. International transfers

Our servers and some processors are located outside India. Where such transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as applicable.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact.
• Order & warranty data: for the life of the warranty + 3 years.
• Marketing list entries: until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise a right, write to Info@nexorbglobal.com from the email on file; we respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), salted password hashes, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and scheduled backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you without undue delay.

11. Children

NexOrb is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post any material change here and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
